The Role & The Team

Join Airservices as a Revenue Administrator, where you'll play a key role in managing billing, debt recovery, and revenue processes. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in aviation billing and debt collection while driving continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced finance environment, we want you on our team

Specific responsibilities will include however not limited to -

Billing:

  • Perform billing processes.

  • Process flight billing data from source systems following Airservices' procedures.

  • Maintain customer accounts and aircraft details in reference data.

  • Handle and resolve billing queries and exceptions.

  • Address customer and internal queries related to billing.

Debt Management:

  • Process customer payments and accurately record them in systems.

  • Communicate with customers regarding billing or accounts receivable inquiries.

  • Keep detailed records of debt collection and customer interactions.

  • Support preparation of reports on billing and accounts receivable status for internal decision-making.

Revenue

The Person

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Customer-focused with a collaborative approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or similar accounting software is desirable.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to new responsibilities.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Experience in a transactional or back-office environment (desirable).

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements (desirable).

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry (desirable)
