About the Role

As our Business Manager, you will:

  • Partner closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity
  • Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and transparency
  • Ensure compliance with all financial, insurance, and regulatory requirements
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced – Previous automotive finance & insurance experience is highly regarded
  • Customer-focused – Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience
  • Results-driven – Motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Professional – Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
