Data & Analytics Specialist -
Technical Marketing

We're seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Data & Analytics Specialist
to partner with clients and deliver advanced analytics solutions across
Google Analytics 360 (GA360)
,
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
, and related technologies. Reporting to the
Head of Data & Analytics
, you'll design and implement solutions, solve complex data challenges, and act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Audit and optimise client MarTech and analytics setups.
  • Define scalable architectures for GA360 and CDP implementations.
  • Lead implementations across
    GTM/sGTM
    , GA, and related tools.
  • Onboard and train clients on our proprietary CDP,
    Wondaris
    .
  • Build strong relationships as the client's key technical contact.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Maintain and improve data accuracy through regular checks.
  • Stay across industry shifts in privacy, AI/ML, and digital marketing.
  • Provide technical leadership on analytics, attribution, and activation strategies.
  • Run technical workshops and communicate complex concepts with clarity.

About You

  • 3+ years experience
    with GA360, GTM, and sGTM.
  • Strong skills in
    JavaScript
    and
    SQL
    (BigQuery preferred).
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and optimising web/app tracking.
  • Experienced with
    Google Marketing Platform
    and analytics methodologies.
  • Familiar with
    data visualisation tools
    (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under pressure.

Nice to have:
Tealium, CDPs, cloud platforms (GCP), HTML, and programmatic analytics experience.
