Erina Fair Medical Centre is searching for an additional receptionist.

Position would be 3-4 days per week.

Your application must include the following:

  • the suburb you live

  • what days you are available and/or not available (Mon-Sun)

About the role:

The practice is a fast paced, high pressure environment.

You need to be someone with the following qualities:

  • Our front desk team are a key part of the practice and are the face of the practice to all our patients.

  • You must be well presented and represent the practice in a professional but friendly manner.

  • Having a receptionist who can serve our patients well, support our doctor's needs, and carry equal weight in the workload with the other receptionists is most important.

About you:

  • Can multi task

  • Excellent computer skills as the entire job is computer based

  • Can work in a team environment

  • Can work under pressure (eg. patients queued at the desk, phones ringing, doctor's asking for assistance). This job is not for the faint hearted.

  • Great customer service and communication skills.

  • Friendly and welcoming manner
