We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced senior consultant to join our team based in Wayville servicing white collar professional positions within the Engineering and Construction market.

As part of our team, your goal will be to:

  • Strengthen relationships with Randstad's established clients, building a strong foundation for continued growth.
  • Develop your own book of business and forge strategic partnerships that drive success. Execute business development activities to achieve growth within your market.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycles for your clients, from sourcing to placement, for both temporary and permanent positions.
  • Become a talent expert within the field of white collar engineering and construction, building robust candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for our clients.

What we look for:

For this position we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant that thrives in a sales driven environment, enjoys networking and connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.

  • A proven track record in 360 agency recruitment supporting both temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns (2 years minimum)
  • Experience recruiting for technical white collar positions in the SA market (highly desirable)
  • Evidence of building and maintaining strong client partnerships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, sharing ideas and knowledge with others
