About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our Perth-based team. This hands-on role involves the commissioning and engineering of Building Management Systems across a diverse range of sites.

You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to diagnose faults, optimise performance, and ensure reliable building automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning, Engineering and integration of BMS equipment on new and existing sites
  • Service, fault-find, and maintain BMS and mechanical control systems
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards

What You'll Need

  • Hands-on experience with BMS platforms – Siemens, Delta Controls, or similar
  • Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems, especially central and airside plant
  • Skills in DDC/BMS software, IT networks, and system integration
  • Proven background in commercial HVAC operations
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • A commitment to safety and quality
