Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities – Star Grand Hotel

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a Guest Service Agent at The Star Brisbane, you'll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our guests – from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

In this dynamic role, you'll manage guest requests, maintain accurate accounts, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations. You'll also complete daily tasks aligned with shift checklists, all while contributing to a five-star experience in one of Brisbane's most exciting hospitality destinations.

We're currently seeking expressions of interest for both full-time and part-time positions at the Star Grand Hotel.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential.  
  • Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service 
  • Exceptional presentations and communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of computer literacy 
  • Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment
