Position Overview

Ozone Services Group is seeking for several experienced Supervisor to work with one of our partnership hotels in Brisbane Areas.

This is a Part-time position (will have to work on weekends if needed) with minimum guaranteed working hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. Being hands-on whenever needed.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
