The Role:

With the support from a Junior taking care of leasing, applications, and references, this is a role that will see you taking the time to manage a neat and tidy portfolio of 180 properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Landlords & Tenants Effectively
  • Resolving Escalated Repairs
  • Handling Rent Increases
  • Conducting Open Homes
  • No leasing, no accounts, no weekends

The Candidate:

  • Previous Property Management experience
  • A current Real Estate License, reliable car & driver's license
  • Exposure to all facets of Property management including Tribunal
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player who is happy to offer support when needed
  • Experience in building and nurturing client relationships
  • The ability to work in a tight-knit team
