Business Traineeships – Bunbury Region
One Full-Time and One Part-Time Opportunity
GetCareers is currently seeking expressions of interest for two Business Traineeships on behalf of reputable host employers located in the Bunbury and Greater Bunbury region. These are fantastic opportunities to gain a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Business – while learning valuable workplace skills in a supportive and professional environment.
We have the following positions available:
- Part-Time – 3 days a week (8 am–4 pm) in a training organisation. Driver's licence preferred but not essential.
- Full-Time – Monday to Friday plus regular Saturday mornings in a dealership. Driver's licence required.
About the Roles
As a Business Trainee, you will:
- Learn reception and front-of-house procedures
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
- Develop strong communication and customer service skills
- Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
- Gain experience using computers, email, and office software
- Build organisational and time management abilities
- Work towards completing your Certificate III in Business while gaining paid, on-the-job experience
What We're Looking For
- Good phone manner, communication, and people skills
- Minimum basic computer skills (email, typing, MS Office or similar)
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- For the dealership role, a valid driver's licence is essential
- For the training company role, a driver's licence is preferred but not required
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, you must:
- Reside in the Bunbury or Greater Bunbury region
- Be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency
- Be committed to completing your Certificate III in Business
- Be able to pass any pre-employment checks required by the host employer
