As the people leader and top salesperson in this showroom, you'll be confident to demonstrate your ability work with an exclusive clientele, showcasing the finest in luxury furnishings and interior accessories. Your impeccable taste, personal presentation and exceptional drive to meet sales targets will make you the perfect fit for this role. You will have a passion for working to targets, KPI's and commission goals, and be able to give clear examples of consultative and challenging sales where you have used skill and negotiation to close the sale.

  • A love of creating customer experiences
  • Extensive experience as a Sales Manager: are you the top performer?
  • Proven background chasing results and being rewarded with commissions
  • Ability to form relationships quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail, both in styling and administration management
  • Team focused and culturally driven
  • Availability to work EVERY WEEKEND
