We are seeking Showroom Leaders to join our Fyshwick ACT Showroom.
This is a permanent opportunity working across five days, including the weekends.

**We want to hear from you if you**:

- Have experience leading a high-performing sales team
- Have a proven sales track record and enjoy working in target driven environment
- Motivated to close sales with a strong desire to earn commission
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, optimistic, and love the art of selling
- Are able to work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week.
- Have a desire to train and develop a team.

**Your role is about**:

- Training and developing new staff.
- Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales
