In this pivotal role, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams and work alongside government, industry, and research partners to deliver place-based solutions that shape the future of energy and industry. You'll translate cutting-edge research into actionable strategies; policy, financing, technology deployment, that will make a real difference.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery, managing stakeholders, budgets, and timelines with precision.
- Translate complex research into clear, impactful recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- Drive innovation in energy systems, policy, and industrial transformation.
- Build and nurture partnerships across sectors to amplify impact and foster collaboration.
- Mentor and manage a small team of professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence and growth.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in industry sector decarbonisation, energy systems, or policy development.
- A systems mindset and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
