Legal Customer Success Manager
based in
Melbourne
— someone with a strong legal background who's ready to step into a high-impact, commercially focused role.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to move beyond the traditional path and blend your legal expertise with customer success, product enablement, and commercial strategy.

You'll work directly with clients — from onboarding and implementation through to long-term adoption — helping them unlock the full value of the platform. You'll also feed insights back into product development, helping shape the future of legaltech.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in corporate or M&A law, with deep due diligence experience.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Strong communicator who builds credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn by doing.
  • If you have any experience in SaaS, legaltech, or startups that woud be amazing
  • If you have ever built something yourself — a side hustle, product that would also be amazing
