Legal Customer Success Manager
based in
Melbourne
— someone with a strong legal background who's ready to step into a high-impact, commercially focused role.
The Opportunity
This is a chance to move beyond the traditional path and blend your legal expertise with customer success, product enablement, and commercial strategy.
You'll work directly with clients — from onboarding and implementation through to long-term adoption — helping them unlock the full value of the platform. You'll also feed insights back into product development, helping shape the future of legaltech.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in corporate or M&A law, with deep due diligence experience.
- Highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Strong communicator who builds credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn by doing.
- If you have any experience in SaaS, legaltech, or startups that woud be amazing
- If you have ever built something yourself — a side hustle, product that would also be amazing
This is the perfect role for a lawyer who loves the law but wants to shape its future, not just practise it.
