Our office is located in North Strathfield, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The team here is a group of skilled, open, and dynamic individuals who work cross-team to solve complicated problems and challenges in this industry disruptive business. We all work extremely hard to ensure our customers have a great experience but we also make sure that we enjoy working here together by organising lunches and events for the team to enjoy and celebrate our successes


 What to Expect:

You will work closely with the entire marketing team and marketing manager for a broad understanding of not only Content Writing, but how important content is in the entire marketing plan for the business and clients. 

You will gain industry specific opportunities to develop your Content Writing skills in the property industry, and elevate your portfolio. 

This role will have you actively involved in team training sessions to regularly keep up with market developments in the property and finance industries. 

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and passionate team focused on producing the highest quality content. You will be able to attend team building and other events with the wider team - we've been told our team culture is second to none


You'll Gain: 

  • A broader understanding of Marketing through Content Writing in the property industry

  • Develop working knowledge and skills in planning and writing content for marketing campaigns 

  • Hands-on experience creating & writing for both engagement & conversion through multiple channels. Eg Social Media, Website

  • Increased business understanding as you'll be working with teams from Marketing, PR, Comms and Digital (to name a few), plus Sales, Tech, Accounts & HR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of the copy and content for the website, blog articles, press releases and marketing collateral across the property and finance pillars

  • Research trending topics in the real estate space for immediate content creation & distribution 

  • Create effective and engaging content for our target audience

  • Editing, scheduling & publishing website content

  • Develop email newsletter copy

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in property or finance industries or similar. 

  • Has an interest in the real estate industry. 

  • Completed or in your Final year of completing a degree in Marketing, Property, Economics, Public Relations, sound knowledge of property law or Journalism. 

  • Proficient understanding of the property industry terminology is preferred. 

  • Is social and has an understanding of users behaviour

  • Focused on delivering a great customer experience

  • Outstanding editing and copywriting skills, with a sense of conversion-oriented language

  • Is ready to learn and grow their skills
