Fuller Sports Club, located on the south side of Cairns, is the sister venue to Brothers Leagues Club and home to the vibrant Edmonton Bowls Club. As a proud not-for-profit organisation, we're deeply committed to supporting our local community through development initiatives and sporting programs across the Tropical North. Our venue features The Bistro, Fuller Sports Café, and a modern Sports Bar, all designed to deliver outstanding service and dining experiences. We're passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our loyal members and guests.

The Role

As one of our Food & Beverage Attendants, you will:

  • Meet, greet and farewell patrons providing friendly and efficient service.
  • Menu clarification, taking of orders and preparing and serving beverages as required.
  • Assist with opening, set up and closing procedures in the Bistro, Cafe and/or Bar.
  • Assist with function room set up and events.
  • Promote the benefits of membership and the usage of membership cards.

We have part-time or casual positions available.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in the role and part of our team you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role/environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Handling Certificate, Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG).
  • Hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Availability, flexibility and reliability with rosters.
  • A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
