Guaranteed full-time hours each week (Monday–Friday 9-5)

We're looking for advanced excel experts with an ability to move quick to move through existing backlog.

You'll be joining a leading financial-technology organisation that specialises in delivering modern, scalable advice and investment platform solutions. They combine digital engagement, stockbroking tools and wealth-management platforms to enable financial advice firms to serve their clients more efficiently and at scale. Role & Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile fee payments to dealer groups
  • Clear backlogs of fee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Perform manual Excel-based calculations and quality assurance checks
  • Load bank files and process payments
  • Generate invoices and receipts for stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support when needed
What We Want From You
  • Advanced Excel skills (must have solid knowledge of Macros, V-Lookup, formulas)
  • Ability to pick up tasks quickly, with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive attitude; willingness to jump in and learn from day one
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
