Here is a bit about us

CBNA is Boutique Nursing Agency that specializes in aged care. We originally provided staff to aged care facilities in Melbourne, but now we are growing wider all across Australia We have the best allocations team going (just ask us) and have so many shifts- we will never leave you in the lurch. You can pick them up in advance via our app or speak to our amazing team members.

How do we work?

Basically, after applying and having a successful interview, you straight away have access to our secret club app that you will download. In this app, you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle. We are humans with heart and will treat you as apart of our own team

Do we sound too good to be true? Thanks, we've been told that before But what we need from you first:

  • Documented proof of education (transcript of first year and Aged Care placement both completed)
  • Current 2025 Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
  • COVID-19 Australian Government vaccination certificate- 3 doses
  • Current National Police Check (not older than 2 years)
  • NDIS screening card or Working With Children's Check (ideal)
  • Current driver's license/reliable source of transport
  • Wonderful people skills- can build rapport easily with facilities and their residents while representing CBNA
