Leading Hand - Heavy Duty Mechanic – Hazelmere Workshop

We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Heavy-Duty Mechanic to join our efficient and friendly team in our Equipment Rebuilds workshop in Hazelmere.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will bring your extensive experience in Machine Rebuilds and repairs, Scheduled Maintenance, Diagnostics, Commissioning, Tuning / Adjusting and Component Change outs to a large variety of surface mining equipment. High quality of work and attention to detail with a large focus on personal and team safety.

About The Role

  • Australian Recognized Mechanical Heavy Duty Trade Certificate
  • Previous Leading Hand Experience in the same or similar role
  • Valid High-Risk Work Licence, Forklift and Dogging
  • Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi mining equipment.
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to meet all requirements including Pass a Pre-Employment medical.
