Protech are looking for an experienced Civil Leading hand to perform work with our Client on a Canberra civil infrastructure project.

This is a role for any applicants residing in the Canberra region and surrounding areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE
· 2 year Project
· Monday – Friday and Saturdays as required
· Weekly Pay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction team
· Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
· Maintain high standards of safety and quality control on-site
· Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
· Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
· Resolve any on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Construction white card
· Asbestos Awareness and Silica prevention
· Drivers licence & reliable transport
· Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman in construction
· Strong leadership and communication skills
