The focus of the Customer Service Representative role is to provide accurate and timely customer service while ensuring you maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management. You will need to have fantastic customer service skills and previous experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded. It is essential that you are available to work flexible Trading hours, including weekends. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.

The role will provide support to the Store Manager by assisting with production of fresh value-added prepared products. The person in this position will maintain good relationships with both team members, customers & suppliers.

Assisting with the day to day running of the store. Ensuring the high standard is maintained.

Qualifications:

1.Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  2. Passion for providing exceptional customer service

  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting

  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
