• Plan, implement, and support play-based learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
• Foster children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through nurturing interactions.
• Champion child safety – ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and their voice is heard.
• Support the Early Childhood Teacher and leadership team in delivering high-quality programs.
• Build strong partnerships with families and contribute to an inclusive, community-focused environment.
• Maintain accurate records, observations, and documentation.
• Participate in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Strong commitment to child safety and the wellbeing of all children.
• Passion for creating engaging learning environments.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standards.
• Understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Collaborative, reliable, and flexible team member.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
