About the company/role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial markets lawyer looking to join a leading global player. You will be working closely with the business advising on a range of complex transactional and advisory matters such as global capital markets transactions, markets regulation, hedging/trading, derivatives, ISDAs and structured products.

As part of a dynamic, expanding team you will develop your experience and commercial skill set in a collegiate environment

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have circa 6-12 years pae in some or all of the financial markets areas listed above. This would have been gained at a major law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. You will be a strong communicator and team player, able to work closely with the business and the wider legal team. You will also be commercially minded and adaptable.
