Position Highlights

This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. We welcome applications from recent graduates as well (if applicable).

About You
As a Diverse Learning Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to:
- create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
- demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
- ability to ensure that students with diverse learning needs are identified, assessed and appropriately supported
- demonstrate a deep understanding of the processes involved in the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
- employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
- proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and leadership team to improve student outcomes
- formulate personalised learning plans and implement effective learning adjustments that align with assessed needs
- support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
- demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
- integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.
You will have attained:
- a tertiary qualification in Education
- eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
