A well-established commercial builder is looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join their team on a meaningful community-focused project. The business is delivering a strong program of education, sports, aged care, and social infrastructure works and offers a genuine long-term pathway for growth within a stable commercial team.

The Opportunity

Starting on a $60m community project, working as the Senior CA supported by a Junior CA and a highly experienced PM who has had a good tenure. Most of the work will be on-site, but the company offers a great amount of flexiblity, options to work from the Gold Coast office and split time between office and site. Well-structured systems are already in place. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers who value collaboration and mentoring.

You'll Bring:

  • Senior CA experience within commercial construction
  • Experience with new builds in community, institutional or local government environments (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and procurement capability
  • Clear communication skills and a steady, solutions-focused approach
  • Bachelor of Construction Management or similar
