Are you a dynamic leader passionate about delivering high-quality education and care services for children? The Y NSW is seeking a Regional Manager, Children's Services to lead and inspire teams across Early Learning Centre's, Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), and Vacation Care services.

This pivotal role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and financial sustainability across a designated region. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and other Regional Managers, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-site operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant services
  • Mentor and coach Coordinators to uplift service delivery and team performance
  • Ensure all services meet or exceed National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Manage budgets and drive financial performance across sites
  • Build strong relationships with school principals, P&Cs, and community stakeholders
  • Champion child safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams including HR, finance, risk, and marketing

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years' leadership experience in Children's Services or a related field
  • Proven success in multi-site management and team development
  • Strong knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQF, MTOP, and EYLF
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection (CHCPRT001/025)
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check and Driver's Licence
  • Desirable: Bachelor's or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
