We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to hep drive group-wide and local marketing initiatives. If you love variety, enjoy working across digital platforms, and want to make a real impact - this role is for you

About the role

• Manage and update social media pages (group + individual distributors)
• Support agents with personal marketing efforts
• Write and design content for website, blog, and internal comms
• Coordinate product photoshoots and branded content
• Develop and run marketing campaigns across branches
• Organise and manage participation at industry events
• Generate and distribute leads to support distributor sales
• Track campaign performance and analyse sales data
• Maintain shared Google Drive folders and digital assets
• Use Canva, Facebook Business Centre, and other tools
• Assist with inbound phone system improvements

What You'll Bring

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email marketing tools
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with website CMS platform
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
