Community Aged Care Admin Officer

Northern District Community Health (NDCH) is seeking a Community Aged Care Administration Officer to work within the Community Aged Care Administration team.
This is a Full time position in our not-for-profit community health service.
This role provides vital administrative support to the Community Aged Care team. This role ensures efficient client data management, appointment coordination, reporting accuracy, and supports communication with clients, carers, and service providers. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with funding and service delivery standards, supporting a client-focused and quality-driven aged care program.

Our services include medical care, allied health, nursing, mental health, counselling, health promotion, and community programs. We also offer in-home support for older adults to help them age in place and stay connected.
