Everglow Community Care Links Incorporated is one of North Queensland's largest not for profit community care providers. We are an Aged Care provider with a reputation for cultural leadership and innovation.

We employ over 100 staff and provide assistance to over 1,300 clients in Ingham, Townsville and Ayr.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will provide effective and high-quality care coordination and management services to support individuals living in their homes. Specifically, you will be responsible for facilitating care solutions for individuals and their families to ensure consistently high-quality care services to our Home Care Clients. You will be supported by a locally based nursing team and Everglow allied health professionals.

Skills and experience

About you:


• Clinical background or qualifications highly desirable


• Qualified in aged care, health or social work or a related discipline


• Experienced in identifying, coordinating and managing care services for aged, community, health or social services


• An administrator with business management skills


• Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills


• An effective communicator with excellent customer service skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities


• Able to demonstrate your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team


• Self-motivated and outcome orientated, with the capacity to deal with multiple and at times conflicting priorities.


• Experienced in identifying appropriate services or resources and building effective relationships to work with multidisciplinary teams across the health and community services sectors
