About the Role

The Global Head of Supply Chain Management is a pivotal executive role, responsible for shaping and executing Toll's global supply chain strategy based in Melbourne. This position will lead the definition, development, and commercialisation of a world-class product suite, which includes:

  • Purchase Order Management (OMS)
  • 4PL (Freight Management)
  • Buyer's Consolidation (BC)

​As the global authority for these solutions, the role will champion innovation, drive digital enablement, and deliver commercial success-positioning Toll as a market leader in integrated supply chain services.

A day in the life of a Global Head of Supply Chain Management at Toll Group:

  • Define and execute a global supply chain strategy to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.
  • Own and lead the global product roadmap for OMS, 4PL, and Buyer's Consolidation, delivering innovation, superior user experience, and measurable customer value.
  • Drive commercial success by partnering with global sales teams to secure strategic wins and articulate Toll's value proposition to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and oversee transformative supply chain solutions, ensuring seamless global implementation and operational scalability.
  • Build and scale a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability aligned with commercial growth.
  • Ensure compliance and governance across global standards, contractual obligations, and data privacy regulations to safeguard Toll's reputation.

About You:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Skills and Experience

  • Over 10 years' experience in global supply chain leadership, logistics, and 4PL environments, including 6+ years in senior executive or product ownership roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Air and Ocean operations, Purchase Order Management, Control Tower functions, and Buyer's Consolidation.
  • Proven ability to engage at C-suite level, with strong skills in solution selling and contract negotiations.
  • Expertise in supply chain technology platforms (TMS, WMS, OMS, 4PL systems) and advanced data-driven decision-making.
  • Flexibility for global travel to support customer requirements and implementation cycles.
  • Strategic thinker with global mindset, high adaptability, resilience, and strong commercial acumen in fast-paced environments.
