About the Role

Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our NSW branch to join our Service Team as a Dedicated Onsite Service Technician. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless AV experience by maintaining and troubleshooting onsite AV systems, assisting users, and providing high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior AV experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site audio-visual troubleshooting and help desk support.
  • Perform regular service and preventative maintenance of in-house AV systems.
  • Assist users with AV system operations and functionality.
  • Conduct regular system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and report daily tasks and issues encountered.
  • Create quick reference guides for users as needed.

  • Generate status reports detailing AV system conditions and troubleshooting activities.

  • Maintaining a regular regime of system testing, preventative maintenance, client training, asset management, administration, and reporting.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Prior AV experience in a similar role in a corporate or events environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and a discreet demeanour.
  • Knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing technology with experience in running help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in O365.
  • Experience in a customer service or support position.

  • A genuine interest in helping people and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
