Lead Educator – Toddlers Room

Permanent Position | Monday–Friday | Optional 9-Day Fortnight

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Educator to guide our busy Toddler Room. Bring your creativity, calm energy, and love of learning — and enjoy the perks of an Exceeding service that truly values balance and wellbeing.

You'll Have:

A Diploma qualification (or be actively working towards it) Experience leading a room and fostering meaningful relationships A positive, collaborative approach

Kindergarten Teacher/ECT

Permanent Part-Time Monday–Friday | Flexible Hours | Above Award Wage
