Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD and directly across from Rosehill Racecourse, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional service in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
  • Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with efficiency and enthusiasm.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
  • An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
