An exciting opportunity awaits at Glenferrie Dental to be part of our rapidly growing practice. We are a Dental Implant and Cosmetic Dental practice with a razor-sharp focus on providing best practice and best service.

We are currently seeking a vibrant, confident, and mature Call Centre Customer Sales Consultant to join our front-line customer service team. No dental experience required – full training is provided.

About the Role

This position is full-time, on-site, 5 days per week 8:30am – 5:30pm

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for patient enquiries, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will play a key role in building rapport, identifying patient needs, and communicating the value of our services. You'll work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless scheduling and a consistently exceptional patient experience.


What you'll do

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and warmth

  • Convert new patient enquiries into scheduled consultations

  • Achieve KPIs for calls, bookings & follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate patient records and communication logs

  • Coordinate with clinical and front-desk teams to deliver seamless service

  • Support patients with general information and reassure them throughout the process

  • Experience in high-volume customer contact or sales (call centre experience highly regarded)

  • Ability to follow scripts and processes while adapting to individual callers
