Coffs Harbour Support Services (CHSS) is on the lookout for passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors.

We're a values-driven organisation supporting people to live richer, more connected lives. Our Board plays a key role in guiding strategy, governance, and growth—and we're ready to welcome new voices to the table.

What we're looking for: We're open to diverse backgrounds and experiences, but we're especially keen to hear from people with skills or lived experience in:

  • Industrial Relations and WorkCover
  • Philanthropy, corporate sponsorship, or fundraising
  • Health, aged care, or private sector experience
  • Mergers, acquisitions, or entrepreneurial ventures
  • Stakeholder engagement and community leadership

  • Casual start, with flexibility to grow into a formal appointment
  • Monthly hybrid meetings (in-person and online)
  • Opportunities to contribute to strategic planning and sector advocacy
  • A chance to work alongside a committed, values-led team
