We are working on behalf of our client, a well-regarded construction company known for revitalising Sydney suburbs through high-quality mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments. With a team of experienced construction professionals, they follow a proven process to deliver buildings that combine style, function, and long-term value. They are currently seeking reliable and experienced labourers to join their team on active sites across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting trades and site teams with daily construction activities

* Site preparation, cleaning, and general maintenance

* Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment

* Demolition and strip-out work when required

* Use of basic hand and power tools

* Supporting remedial works and defect rectifications

* Following safety procedures and maintaining clean, organised job sites

Requirements:

* Valid White Card (Construction Induction)

* Previous on-site labouring experience

* Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

* Own PPE (hi-vis, steel-capped boots, etc.)

* Reliable transport

* Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious

* Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
