We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team in beautiful Coffs Harbour, NSW. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our diverse client base in a private practice setting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Large mix of patients musculoskeletal, workcover, NDIS
  • Working in actual rooms, no curtains or cubicles
  • Seeing one patient at a time, focus on quality not quantity
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to client care
  • Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
  • Adhering to all relevant professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Ergofix Physiotherapy's policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
  • Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Membership and Insurance
  • Experience as a Physiotherapist (preferably in a private practice) however, recent grads are also welcome to apply
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Understanding of relevant physiotherapy-related legislation, regulations, and quality standards
