Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Youth Leadership Coach, based in the Central West (Mudgee, Dubbo), NSW, with the opportunity for online coaching.

As a Youth Leadership Coach, you will coach and guide a student (aged as they embark on a 22-week personal leadership journey. You will be responsible for providing eight one-on-one coaching sessions, attending four half-day workshops, and a final community celebration event, supporting a student in delivering a community service project, and helping them develop essential leadership skills. You will also participate in comprehensive training to enhance your coaching abilities, all while fostering your own growth as a leader.
