What does a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Water team do?
On a Day-to-day Basis You Will

• Work alongside a talented and experienced multidisciplinary engineering team on significant water and wastewater network and treatment projects through all phases of project delivery:
• Problem identification
• Concept design
• Detailed design
• Construction supervision
• Undertake engineering calculations to support design development.
• Prepare and review engineering design documents, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
• Develop your technical design skills under the leadership of experienced and approachable engineers
• Liaise with our clients as your skills in design and construction grow

Qualifications
About You

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree
• Passion for learning and problem-solving across the structural engineering discipline for water infrastructure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills to develop effective and innovative solutions
• A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and enhance client relationships
• Eligible to work in Australia
• Currently in final year of degree or with 1-2 years of relevant experience
