What you'll do
  • Oversee care planning, compliance, and audit processes
  • Act as a clinical mentor and educator for your team
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Build trust and connection with residents, families, and staff
About you
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with a nursing degree
  • 5+ years RN experience in Australia, including at least 12 months aged care leadership in a facility with 100+ beds
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and care documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands-on leader passionate about making a real difference
