About the Role

We've created an exciting new role where you'll help shape and grow our Speech Pathology team while also building your own skills. You'll be part of a supportive environment, working closely with families and our team to deliver high-quality care for children and young people.

Your day-to-day will include assessments, therapy, and helping families feel confident and supported. You'll also be a voice for clients and their carers, making sure they have the information and choices they need to live more independently and enjoy a better quality of life.

About You

We're looking for someone who's excited to make a difference in children's lives and enjoys working in a team that values fun, care, and collaboration.

You'll need:

  • A recognised degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Current NSW driver's licence
  • Working With Children Check

And it would be great if you also bring:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A natural way of connecting with children and young people, families, teachers, and other professionals
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • A friendly, approachable personality
  • A genuine passion for person-centred practice
  • Openness to feedback and a love of learning

  • A mix of clinic, preschool, and school visits (with car and fuel allowance for travel)
  • Dedicated time in your schedule for planning, reporting, and supervision
