Are you an experienced pharmacy retail manager seeking new opportunities, or a pharmacy assistant aiming to advance your career? We invite qualified candidates to apply for our Retail Manager position. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the pharmacy owner and a skilled team to ensure exceptional customer service and oversee all aspects of daily retail operations.

This role requires availability for four days each week, as well as Saturday mornings.

Our pharmacy is a well-established, community-focused business with deep local connections. Our dynamic and dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality, authentic care to our customers.

Key responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, coordinating health and catalogue promotions, organizing events such as Christmas VIP nights, and providing leadership through staff training. You will also provide support across the pharmacy as needed; therefore, previous experience as a pharmacy assistant is essential. Candidates with dispense technician experience will be given preference.

A minimum of 3 years' pharmacy assistant experience is required for this position.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
