The Digital Partner plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the technological capabilities of DTS and the strategic objectives of the university's academic and administrative units.

About the Position
As the Digital Partner, you will act as the primary liaison between IT and other departments/faculties within the university to understand their unique challenges, needs, and aspirations, and to ensure that the IT services and solutions provided are closely aligned with the evolving needs and goals of the university community.
This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to see the big picture while also paying attention to the finer details. You will work closely with university leadership to develop and implement IT strategies that drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall educational experience. By staying abreast of the latest technological trends and best practices, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that help shape the university's digital future.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to understand and articulate business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

• Proficiency in using IT and business analysis tools, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on achieving shared goals.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 9. The base salary will be in the range of $ 122,002 – $128,851 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $142,742 - $150,755 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
