Brand Host - Flagship Jewellery Boutique, Perth

This is a unique and thrilling chance to join our prestigious jewellery brand. We are seeking a Brand Host to join our client at their highly successful Perth Boutique.

This role does not involve sales and is suited for candidates who aim to enhance the client experience through warm welcomes and engaging interactions, without the pressure of meeting personal sales goals.

Sales experience is not necessary; instead, we seek individuals who possess a strong customer service background and can deliver impeccable customer experiences. Please note this role requires working some weekends per month.

You must have:

  • a strong attention to detail whilst multitasking

  • the ability to delight your client and exceed expectations

  • high presentation and communication skills

  • a genuine interest in luxury products or jewellery is ideal

  • an understanding of the standards required at this level

  • a willingness to provide support to the business where ever required
