We are now seeking a qualified Technician/Mechanic to join Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto on a Full-Time basis.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics and accurately identify issues.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on cars and light trucks.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Communicate with customers about their vehicle needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.

About You
  • Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics (e.g., Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Have full working rights in Australia with a valid visa
  • AIS Inspection certificate is a must requirement.
