Sustainable Future Solutions (SFS) is a leading company in the construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality project services across Australia. We are currently seeking skilled Civils and General Construction Labourers to join our team for ongoing project work in the Perth Metro area.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Construction Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with earthworks and excavation.
  • Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials.
  • Refuelling machinery.
  • Site preparation and clean-up.
  • Pipe laying, concreting, and other civil infrastructure tasks.
  • Setting up temporary fencing and signage.
  • Other general labouring tasks.
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:


• Current and unrestricted C class Drivers Licence.

• White Card.

• Civil Labouring and Operator tickets desirable but not essential (e.g., Confined Space, Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift, Mobile Plant tickets).

• Proven experience as a labourer in a similar capacity.

• Familiarity with construction hand and power tools and heavy machinery.

• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Additional Requirements:
You will be required to undertake a full medical examination and a LAB DAS (Drug and Alcohol Screening) prior to job start.
Full working rights in Australia are essential.
