We seek an experienced and passionate teacher who:

  • Has relevant qualifications and confidence in teaching Science from Years 7 – 12 within a leading boys school.
  • Has an excellent understanding of QCE syllabus requirements of the Science curriculum.
  • Has a passion for designing and delivering engaging lessons within a contemporary learning framework.
  • Is experienced and confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom.
  • Is a positive, energetic and collaborative contributor to a highly successful department and is committed to continuous improvement of educational outcomes.
  • Has strong assessment and reporting skills, including maintaining accurate records and communicating student progress to both students and families.
  • Has a track record of positive engagement with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
  • Upholds high standards of professional conduct, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Is committed to supporting student wellbeing and Child Safe standards.
  • Current Queensland College of Teacher Registration.
