About the role

Procrete Australia is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a leading Concrete construction company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality concrete solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other concrete structures
  • Preparing & placement of exposed aggregate along with washing / Sealing
  • Finishing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and industry standards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the concrete pouring process
  • Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality concrete work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Dedication to safety and a commitment to following all relevant regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
