Sydney Central Hotelmanaged by The Ascott Limited,now seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join as Food & Beverage Attendant. This part-time role will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and work closely with other departments.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and exceeds expectations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of your allocated section at all times, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Preparing and presenting food and beverages in line with company standards for quality, taste, and appearance.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management to maximise service efficiency and promptly address guest needs or concerns.
  • Following all operational procedures including billing, cash handling, stock control, and compliance with RSA and relevant legislation.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and sound knowledge of liquor licensing laws.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain professional and positive under pressure.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work, including availability to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
