WHAT IS THE ROLE?

• Hands on shift manager; running shifts as well as working along side the entire team
• Implementation and following of system & processes
• Training staff up to Hot Tamale's high standard
• Giving each guest a great experience at Hot Tamale
• Start as a Waiter supervisor and the sky's the limit for the right person

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Min 1 years in a supervisor or higher role
• Min 2 years hospitality experience in a restaurant (table service, high volume)
• 2+ year commitment to the venue
• Natural great customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $67,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
